I have another query...

Is it possible to fit the nice Getrag 6-speed AWD gearbox from the 99-?? GTO into the engine bay, and body, of a RHD Diamante (Aus Magna actually)???

The idea I has was to make the most insane Diamante, with the AWD box, 6G74TT DOHC MIVEC twin turbo with Trust turbos, LSD's all around, with the viscous coupling in the gearbox replaced with an active diff to allow custom changes to the torque-split between F/R.

We have only just got the AWD Diamante/Magna, and it only comes in Tiptronic 5-speed! I want manual with 6 gears! Plz help me, cos it'll give me a project to start on...

anything is possible with enough money. However,it would be near on frickin' impossible to do this in my opinion you're better off with just building your tranny to take a shot from a .50 cal

Speaking of the 6G74TT...any idea where I can find one? I blew the engine in my 1995 3000GT VR4 and am going to have to replace the engine entirely as it stands. If I can shoehorn a 6G74TT in there, that would be cool!  I'd appreciate any info on the 6G74TT and whether or not my 6spd will couple up with it correctly.

Hey GTO Twinturbo check out this website. They are pretty good about having a lot of JDM engines in stock.

but my 6g74 gear box is on the left side and the 6g74TT is on the right side will that be a problem with the installation?
