My rest. carries all types of energy drinks...protein drinks/shakes/smoothies, vitamin water ...etc , and as far as which drink is more bene. to drink I would say vault but only the no carb one because it has no sugar, no calories, basically no nutritional value, it uses caffenine which isnt great either, but anytime you buy an energy drink I would reccomend taking a second to look at the nutritional value if you want to (...check out the sugar, calories, carbs, sodium, etc is the sugars are more than 6-8g i personally would pick something else, and youll see that most of them will be a lot more than 6-8g... most have between 13-40g of sugar) and see which energy boosters they actually add to it, whether its gurana, b-complex, caff., carrot extract, etc ..... whether the drink is using multiple boosters or just one, you can get an idea of how efficient its going to be, ....... but I say look for sugar free/no carb because when a lot of sugars are added ....you geta quick boost, and then come crashing down... sometimes feeling drowsier than before you drank it. Its because sugar molecules break down a lot faster than something like a b-complex vitamin(plus a B VITAMIN is better for you ) ....so once the sugar is broken down, your tired again, and sometimes your more tired than before you drank it because when you got the quick boost of energy you wore your self down. Just something to think about, its not that complicated :) ....VAULT -No carb I'd say is a better choice .....if you want a serious rush REDLINE

Man she spoils alllll the fun. hahaha I'm just kidding sunshine

I'm kinda like the engineer, I've always been skinny. there were weeks where all i'd eat was crap, mcdonalds, taco bell, burgers, etc. and I didn't gain any weight. I don't work out, just have a fast motabolizm (sp?) My dad's the same way and he's 40 so it's a good sign for me woot

Ok for a minute I thought we were talking bout cars. getting quick boost redlineing 6-8 PSI? 13-40G turbos (didnt know mitsu went that far) lol

If you want a nice boost I say 16G it builds quick make alot of power feels great and pulls 22psi till redlin hahahah ok enough joking.
