I just put an AEM short ram on my 97 GS and today my exhaust started skipping unless I redlined it. Does anyone know what the problem might be? My cousin is a mechanic at Midas and he helped me put it on but hes not completely sure what the problem is, except that we might have missed an air sensor or something. PLEASE HELP

On the GS, I don't think you have to disconnect any sensors, for my CAI, I don't remember.....but, sounds like you may have a vaccum leak somewhere. There's a little 90 degree intake pipe on the right side of your valve cover, you need to get some hosing to connect it to your intake. If your intake does not have a spot for it, go to Advance or Autozone and pick up a mini breather (mini filter), it will clamp on & all you do is tighten it. Good luck, & let us know if it worked out.
