Hello,
I am looking to buy a turbo kit, but it is made for an 04 Lancer. I have an 02. I have seen the engines, and they look exactly like each other. Are they? and if I do, I was wondering around how much a downpipe for my car would cost, and to tune it. I am very new, and have heard that you have to tune it, or dyno it before flooring it. not sure. Any help would be great. Thank you all!

the 04 has mivec heads if i am not mistaken, which means that it wouldnt fit because the flanges for the manifold are differentl. Also a tune depending on what you get (safc, emanage, ect. ) can be up to 400 bucks.
