Clutch not working - 4/22/2006 12:37:20 PM    orangethunder   Posts: 6 Joined: 4/22/2006 Status: offline Hey all! as you can see, i am new here. i am a bit mechanically inclined so i thought i would ask this question before it gets sent to the mechanic. I have a 98 eclipse rs 5spd. driving it home last night, i pushed in the clutch to shift and heard a click...now i have no clutch whatsoever. had been working fine, no problems. when my bro pushes in the clutch, i can see it move on the far side of the tranny...whatcha all think? thanks for the help. chris Post #: 1

RE: Clutch not working - 6/29/2007 2:20:19 AM    chelle   Posts: 1 Joined: 6/29/2007 Status: offline well, since your clutch not working... you need your clutch replacement... but identify first your cause of your clutch failure... and  clutch kit are advisable when the bearing of your vehicle makes noise or disintergrates, or the springs becomes weak.
