Do you know anything about EVOs? THey are all Turbo and all AWD lke the GSX. they all are great handleing cars ect ect.

2003/2004 14.0 1/4 miles stock
2005 RS 13.1 1/4 miles stock
2005 VIII 13.4 1/4 miles
2005 MR 13.3 1/4 miles
2006 IX 12.9-13.3 1/4 miles

all 2003-2004 EVOs come with HID headlight some with sunroofs. The Turbo is a Twin Scroll 16G with 9.8 hotside all were 5 speeds

2005 all have front LSD, ACD and had option of leather and didnt come with HIDs unless SSL package was ordered. Twin Scroll 16G with 10.5 hotside

2006 IX has a larger compressor housing similar to the 20G and Front LSD and ACD

05 EVO RS is stripped it has no extra options unpainted mirrors , it has front LSD, ACD, alluminum roof NO wing (it is the lighest model) 5 spd only
05 EVO MR has Front LSD, ACD, alluminum roof, BBS wheels, bilstein shocks, 6 speed tranny
05 EVO VIII has front LSD, ACD, 5 spd only.

I know I am leaving out alot im sure but eh well you can get the idea essencailly they are all the same car

Gotta be the one to ask the dumb question, but since I have never had a turbo car I don't know what a 9.8 and a 10.5 hotside are. Everything else I am familiar with...is this a turbo component? Thanks for the info ahead of time.

One big question is how much your willing to spend to purchase an Evo. A brand new 2006 will run you in the range of $28,000 - $35,000. I paid $31,000 for my 2006 Evo IX. Then you have to keep in insurance and maintanence costs. Believe me, when purchasing an EVO you better have some $$$$

it the size in MM of the compressor hoiusing. the Stock turbo is stamped with the size mine says 9.8 right on it. basically the bigger one is slightly better
