3G Eclipse GS it still has the circles where the fog lights should be and the panel is were the switch should be. I would like to wire directly to the parking lights if possible.

i just put fog lights in my 04 lancer es.. it's really simple.. the lights should have 2 wires coming out of them.. a power and a ground.
ground the wire to either the car chasis or to the negative side of the battery terminal.
as far as the power wire, you can do several diff things. i ran my power wire to the fuse that operates my head lights so when i turn my head lights on, they come on.. you can do that or run it to a switch so you can control when there on or whatever. simple wiring
