Hi, I own a 1999 mitsubishi galant and my car leans a little more to the rear than the front about an 1" difference. I did some research and almost every galant I see out in the street leans more to the rear than front. really sticks out like a sour thumb after i installed 18" rims. "car suspension is stock"

Is there a leveling kit i can buy?
or other fixes available.

No fix other then the proper springs or suspension. I would either suggest Ebiach or Tein and if you check out the specs the rear is not dropped as low the the front for this very reason.

The rear isn't lower, your front wheel well is bigger then the rear one.
