Im curious to hear from all the audio nuts about how they would rate the system to be installed in the Monty Sport I own.
First off, let me state that I dont want to go all out audiophile, (expensive) but stay within the region of certain quality sound, affordably.
So this is the idea set-up, some of which I have already purchased:

Pioneer P5700 DVD 24 bit D/A
CDT HD-62USGold w/ upstage & es-200 xovers
rear fill are Dynaudio 5 1/4 midbass
I may buy an Audison LRX 2.250 for fronts (THD?? .009)
and a McIntosh 2x25 for the rears
Subs may be the new CDT HD-8's in q-forms "truck" style boxes. 2 of 'em
IF not, I'll use one larger sub, such as the Focal Poly 27v2-Digital Designs-Adire-RE XXX
Im not sure about the sub amp yet, may try for a USAmps 400x if I can find one.
The DVD does not have a processor, so to avoid adding one for a center channel, Im adding the "upstage" kit
Ive heard these and when placed high, they make the sound come right out of the windshield. Incredible!
lastly, the doors and rear cargo will be deadened with Raammat BXT, 2 layers

F$(k JL Rockford Alpine... the list goes on

DONT KNOW MUCH ABOUT SPEAKERS BUT def get if your going for flip-out moitors..stick with Pioneer..(i think thats a flip ot that u said right......but subs i say go with 2 _ inch Polk/Momo subs(1000 watts max not sure about RMS) and any amp that will push them in a sealed 1.25 cubic foot slanted front box (bigger box) i dont like truck boxes but hide the amp if possible or

if you dont like POLK/MOMO i say choose MA audio those are nice the chrome or black ones chrome= more power

if you want good sound dont go with 8 inch subs unless you going to use hem for treble but iff you want bass i suggest 10's or 12's
