Lookin to get either a K&N typhoon intake, or an AEM CAI. which would you guys recommend?

Nope doesnt matter at all... You are just going to pay for a ****ing name... I would get something inexpensive that looks have way decent. All you are going to gain is a throaty sound.

actually no, AEM and KN are better then cheaper ones, there pipings have lil "rivet hookups" in them, to hook up the airflow, and i believe AEM is emmisions free

Don't get a cheap one.. I purchased a cheap SRI for my Eclipse and the thing didn't even fit properly, althought I made it. I got an AEM CAI after that and everything is fine. I can't compare to a K&N, but they're most likely the same.
