since my car has so many miles on it that it would be so costly to turbo it since it is a gs. i was thinking of buying a gst or gsx preferably the gsx but i wanted some opinions on which one is quicker and the better buy. i know that the gst is lighter but which one has the better 1/4 mile time.

gsx being AWD w/lsd would be a better car but some of the things that make it more $$ are unneccesary (leather interior for one) performance of the gst is very good also. put your money down on a good example of either and you'll be ok. spec wise only I would go for the gsx. you can drop weight alot easier than adding AWD.

this is true... AWD kicks ass. the leather sucks ass. but take out those crappy seats, throw the AC out and drop on some fun stuff like CF/FG body parts and racing wheels, and you are losin TONS of weight.. go GSX, my opinion is WAY biased, but I think its still right

GSX would beat the gs-t off the line and the gs-t would not be able to catch up, but if you look at gsx's they will usually be more expensive.

thanks now if i can only find one reasonable and close enough. how do you know if it has crankwalk or not is it trial and error or is there a sign.

slight tick sound... very light..... Im voting gst... only because i have one... but a gsx can take off slightly better being awd... although slightly more power is eaten up by the drivetrain, and q to gsx owners does it have open diff or helical? because if they are open diff, then putting a limited slip in a gst would bring them together for takeoff... But i have never peeled out in a gsx to know for sure... Burnt?
