hello does anyone know where is the fuel pump relay located? on a 95 eclipse non turbo ty

someone correct me if im wrong, but i believe if you take off the center console, it should be the box right under where your armrest is.

...and were is the fuel pump relay on a Galant -89-90...? And is there a fuse for the pump anywhere...?
