This is not for people under 18 (or people who do not have insurance through their parents)

How many of you have health insurance? If you do, is it provided by your employer, or do you pay chunks of money out of your check for the insurance?

I for one do not have any.. It'd cost me about $190 a month for it and I never go to the doctor and don't take any medication..I'm not going to pay that much money for it.. lol

about $170 a month for me and I'm like you, not having to go to the doctor's office or hospital in years.

i guess I'm just taking a risk. I only make $8.50 and hour so I'm not going to dish out that much when I'm not going to the doctor.. if I were to come down with a major sickness or get in a car wreck this insurance won't cover it anyways... its really sorry insurance.. only covers a small amount.

My health insurance is part of my "compenstation packet" (whatever) I make about 37,000 a year and they claim our benefits are worth around 20,000 a year. I can't tell. To answer your question I pay 42.00 a payperiod for insurance for my wife and I it covers med/dental/vision. I hope I never really need it!!

I know I they're going to give it to me but I think its like a 90 day thing. I dont remember, doesnt really matter anyways it pays pretty decently. I also get life insurance, they take $10.00 a week for that.
