I had an old pontiac back in high school I let my sister borrow (my mom made me let her) She overheated 13 times (that's what my sister said, she said it stalled on her and smoked 13 times) before she got home and the first thing my mom did when the car pulled in was poor cold water in the radiator. How can you overheat that many times and not suspect something or stop and call home for a ride. That car was wasted, I had to poor water in it everytime I used it to drive a mile or so after that day. Cracked blocks are no fun.

I was headding home from a friends house in an area that i was unfamilar with and hit some train tracks going 40mph. Herd a loud bang, checked my oil press gauge watched it for a min and nothing happened so I coutinued to drive home. Parked the car at home, went inside for 20 min came back out and found this...

No when it slips... if its a bitch to get in reverse then it could be your syncros or somethin

I didn't notice until after I had my eclipse for about 2 months.. but when I was going to change my oil I noticed that one of the (2) previous owners bottomed it out or something because the oil pan was dented in and the exhaust pipe has some scratches on it. lol
