ive heard from a couple of people who have bought a ground wire kit or what ever it is, i dont really know much about them, but i was wondering if they help, and how hard they are to install?

Yea it does help. The dash lights were brighter and the lights dont dim as much when you pull to a stop ... but you wont get any performance out of it. Its probly one of the easyest things to possibly install.

NO performance gain as everyone seems to promise. It also seems that there are many different people who will tell you many different ways to install them. I didn't notice much difference in any category with mine, but I suppose it will be different with each vehicle.

They help because they make an aderquate grounding system more efficient. The biggest difference you'll likely find is in guage reaction and ignition/radio noise.
