I took my car to the nearest shop to find out what was wrong when the Service Engine Soon light came up. Their results said that one of the O2 Sensors was bad. So I purchased one from the dealer and had it installed at the shop. They reset the computer before and after installing the new O2 Sensor. A couple of minutes later, the light came up again. They told me the code was P0154 and was related to the sensor. They rechecked the connection and reset the computer. The Service Engine Light did not come up again. But the next day, it came up again.

I looked at the TSB and found something about the Powertrain Control Module causing the O2 Sensor to fail and another one saying it had to be reprogrammed. Both of these TSBs included code P0154, which I keep getting. What do you recommend I do now? Thank you.

You'll need to get your PCM flashed according to the TSB or the new 02 sensor you installed may have longetivity issues as did the original. PCM flashing is covered up to 80K miles so if you're within that window, you should be able to have it flashed for free at the dealership. Note that this TSB also covered stalling issues with the new software update. That alone makes it absolutely neccesary to have it done.
