Im going to buy an 80mm full exhaust for my GST, i was thinking going with a Greddy EVO2 exhaust and an Apexi GT front pipe that starts off being 70mm and then stretches out to be 80mm at the flange to meet up with the 80mm Greddy exhaust (cat is eliminated by front pipe)......ANY suggestions on exhaust manufacturers????

Apexi n1 is the best exhaust for these cars or Tanabe.

Or you can go with the HKS Dragger exhaust. One of my friends has it on his 97 GSX and it looks and sounds great and it does some good numbers for power

Sounds like everyone, except for the enemy of the smurfs, have the N1. Anything original out there?

original? its about what is shown to work best. im not in the world of 'not being trendy' or trying to make my car look like something that no one has ever seen im about the best quality parts and the N1 is just that.

Of course it's about performance, but for me it's the added personalizing that makes a car stand out. If 30 people run an N1 at one place, but there are 3 people with tanable I'm going to be interested with them.

ps. sorry about stealing the thread

well i stil go with whats best. im not saying tanabe is crap (although the factory welds broke on my friends and his muffler fell off) but i wouldnt get something just because its different id rather be like everyone else with something quality than the only guy who has the crap parts. i dont try to make my car stand out either i prefer the sleeper look id much rather have someone say "oh its just another eclipse and run 10's than have the most riced out fast and furious car and run 15's

Hey go with the N1 and head over to www.4g63.com , its Road Race Enginering. They will probally save ou some money on the N1 and they have your down pipes for cheap, they make all kinds of them for the N1. They also have a bunch of other parts for good prices.
