will they pay for the rims and everything elts done to it? (make sure to tell him that those stickeers all added HP, and that you just changed your blinker fluid the day of the wreck)

They will pay if he notified the insurance company of the extra items he wanted to insure (prior to the wreck). Most companies will include the first $1000 of aftermarket accessories with your policy, but above and beyond that, you need to notify them so they can charge you more for the added coverage

yea thats the way mine was cuz they tallied the neon undercar and my accent lip with the damages when they totaled my gt out

lol can you drive in and out of those lots like that???...cuz thats why we made sure we bought my car back fast cuz we were afraid my system would get jacked

Since it was a criminal case, they are taking forever. But, for some reason my insurance company did a market survey on my car and only came up with $7,500, almost half of what it should be. So I think I'm about to get royally screwed over by my insurance. I'll sue the other guy if I have to.
