I've got a 99 Montero Sport.
Horn stopped working a couple of weeks ago. Noticed the horn relay was clicking so I installed a new relay and the horn seemed to work fine.

Next day a noticed the horn sounded a little feeble and now generally it doesn't "HONK"....it kinda goes "meep".
When I need to use the horn I want it to have an agressive not a sheepish sound!!

Any suggestions??

Thanks,

Benchman

Maybe a contact not connecting fully. Either that or your horn need replacing.
