can anyone recommend me a good headunit that will sound decent on the actory speakers of my 05 outlander, im just looking to hook up my ipod with an auxilary input and this sony i found looks perfect but wouldnt the warning that sounds when you turn off the car if you dont detach teh faceplate get annoying, i read int eh manual that this haed unit has that alarm and wanted to see if there are any others like it that dont have an annoying alarm.or does anyone have experience with this headunit http://www.xplodsony.com/xplod/headunits/CDX-GT300 , thanks

personally i have never liked the xPlods. I usually go with a kenwood or a JVC

I have alpine and they are the best IMO.

I've used and been happy with Pioneer and JVC. Not big on Sony or Kenwood.

I have always used alpine i have their unit with LCD screen on it. its expensive but they are great.
