Ok i did search and found several articles but couldnt find one that told me how to remove the window crank. I dont want to break it off, but how do i remove it?

get a hayes manual from an auto parts store. It will tell you everything you need to know about your car.
There is a clip behind the window handle with the open part towards the roller part of the handle. Turn the handle
so that it is pointed up and then work a cloth back and forth behind it until you dislodge the clip.
