I guess the company owning the 76 stations is attempting to get rid of the 76 ball!! Send this to all your car friends and have them sign the online petition if you want the ball to stay!!

Sorry, I have no allegaince to the orange ball or 76. Personally i don't care what a company does with their signage as long as the product stays the same. For me to say I will not buy Chevron gas any more if they get rid of their trademark Chevron's is absurd, I still like the fuel. Why would someone threaten a gas station manager and say they will not buy gas from them anymore if they change their sign? How many people do you think it would take for that manager to really care, let alone call his corporate office and say he fears for his station because the sign is being changed? I think it's kind of a lame cause.

they replaced all of the 76's around here with chells.
