alright, i was sitting in my car and looking at all the wires that are in my dash (because my stock cd player is out of it for a new one) and i noticed that my cig lighter is not hooked up, so found the wires that goes to it, and i plugged my cellphone charger in it, and the light on my charger didn't light up, and the little ring doesn't light up either when i get in the car or when my lights are on at night. Do you guys have any solutions on what i have to connect to power it up?

if I remember right, the green wire is power and the blue is the ground. The power wire goes on the bottom on the cigarette lighter and the ground connects to the side. There is a light that connects to it. Check to see if the bulb is still good. that may be the reason its not lighting. Or if you're like me, the previous owner ripped it out and never fixed it. Hope that helps bro

it's just sitting there because he took the cd player out and all the wires are there, and the wires too, i think i put them in the wrong place.

it might be easier for you to just pull the center console, find the wires and clip them on as your putting the console back together.. they are along the left hand side of your console... better yet... take the driver side console side piece off and they should be chillin right up next to your lighter, or down below it.. theres a socket for the light bulb on the underside of the lighter well as well. let me know how it works out brother
