it came out of a 1991 gsx. It depends on what your looking for because i have the full long block with intake manifold. But i dont have the turbo manifold or turbo because both of those were junk

I want a 4g63t without the turbo.. i just want to know that i can for sure bolt an evo turbo on and not have to change pistons and crap like that... so as long as there was a turbo on it will work.. but in order for me to get this engine running what else will i have to get for it.... also how many miles on it?

i think the engine itself has like 130,000 on it. If i were you i would rebuilt the engine since its out already though. The engine rebuild kit is relatively cheap. Do get the engine running i think in your car you should have everything else. And for the evo turbo, yes you can bolt a 16g on it with stock internals. I just wouldnt go much over 17 psi on stock fuel.

You wont need to change the internals on a 6 bolt. And if its out of a 1990-1991 its got the "big rods" anyways. Its 7.8 compression on the turbo so that will be fine for all the boost your fuel system can throw at it stock. Just get the motor and tranny and bolt it to the car. It will run strong and VERY mod friendly. If you are a 1.8 though you will more than likely need the harness and ECU anyways. Just so you know that in advance. I would recommend getting a good condition engine and working from there. That or buy a real cheap turbo engine and giving it a good refresher. Its not CHEAP but worth it. Just get new rings and bearings and maybe oil pump and drive it. The 2gen manifold is recommended and a Evo3 16G is a great turbo to work with there. Just make sure you have a 1990-1991 Wiring harness and ECU and you will go together relatively easily. But make no mistake...you will be REQUIRED to change the harness if you are going from a 1.8 SOHC to the turbo 4G63. Best of luck. If you have question feel free to ask.

the harness is the wiring that runs throughout the engine bay and runs to the main Cars computer. It will need to be changed if you are going from 1.8 SOHC to 2.0 DOHC turbo. Totally different setup. You can probably hack into a NA DOHC harness and make it work ith a Turbo ECU, but with your desire, everythin will need to be changed.

basically you need to re-wire the motor.
