some one told me that a 7 bolt gst motor is a bad motor can enyone tell me why, i own a gs eclips and i am going to swap in a gst motor so i am just woundering what the differance is between the two "i plan on re-building it with forged internals pistons, rods cams ect".

well...it CAN be done. RRE.com and check it out. They have a conversion kit for the 6-bolts into 2gen cars.

not into a 2g GS!! Only putting a 6 bolt swap for a 7 bolt. So if he has a 2g then its not something hed wanna try. But if its a 1g GS then he's all set
