Hey y'all

Been absent for some time, but I am back in the saddle with an Evo 6 after a small (ish) crash in my previous 6 TME... Its good to be back!

After enjoying the civility of an M3 that I picked up new back in 04, I ditched it last week for another Evo 6 with some minor mods done to it. Living in Dubai where the desert highways stretch endlessly and since, I am unlikely to get stopped by the cops for anything less than a scrape with another vehicle, I've decided its time to make good on a promise I made when I had the TME which is to build a 600 hp 'Street Fighter' that can dust just about anything short of an F1 McLaren...

Its good to be back and I will catch y'all in the Forums!

Cheers,

Thanks all! I took it for the equivalent of US$ 20,000 from a buddy who builds these things in his free time. It had 67,000 original Kms (or roughly 47K miles) since it was bought new in 1999... I think this is his 4th Evo - the one before this was a custom job on a 7 for some young guy in India which was dyno'd - it kicked 550hp at the wheel.

Attached is a pic of the black 7 - notice the similarity of the graphics as my car...

I am working on tuning the car to a similar output followed by all the cosmetic stuff in the coming 8 months or so....
