You will need several parts:

7801A360 Heater blend door kit $64.90
7801A100 Heater air blend link and lever kit $12.97
MF453032 Screws (2 required) $0.35 each
MR398288 Blower motor housing filter $45.47

Plus if the knob broke you will need the whole control head. $200.00+ Differs per model. It will take all day to do because you must pull the dash.

thats a superceded bulletin.

chances are great that they will need nothing more than the updated linkage, at a cost of 13 bucks. at the very least its worth a try, and takes all of 10 minutes to install.

I am having the same problem. When I turn the temp dial to warm, the linkage cable bends and I get no hot air. I figure I will need to replace it and have seen the parts numbers that were shown on this forum, but I can't for the life of me find where I can buy these parts. Can you please help? Thanks.

you will need to go to the parts counter at your local mitsubishi dealership- give them the numbers posted or the description of the part and they will get it for you.
