description: Fuel Air meter ring

Anybody have any idea what this could be?

When i looked it up it came as fuel pressure solenoid which is ussually mounted on the back of the engine bay somewhere

no i think your thinking of the stock fuel pressure regulator. Unless im mistaken

thats close. Its actully on the fire wall. It has a vacuum line that connects the solenoid to the fuel pressure regulator.
