A turbocharger being one of the most popular ways to add some hp to the tuner world, one should understand exactly what its doing and how each of the components function. To understand this one must first know the basics of a turbocharger. Here are a couple good sites that will teach this.

Basics of Turbochargers:
http://auto.howstuffworks.com/turbo.htm
http://www.turbobygarrett.com/turbobygarrett/tech_center/turbo_tech101.html

Now these are only the basics and the componets. There is alot more to it than this. I find that garrett really does the best job in explaining the intricate details. So here ya go

Advanced Turbochargers

Then of course there is the most advanced details of turbochargers that gets into one of the most important things to understand when choosing a turbo and that is learning to read a compressor map.

Expert Turbochargers

These are just what i have found to the best articles on turbochargers. Please if anyone believes they have a better article or even something that they might not have mentioned PM me and i can get that info on here. Thanks
