To make a long story short, my 16 year old daughter was to get this car when I was done if she worked with me on it. After about 20 hours into it she decided that cut into her life of seeing her friends so I wasted alot of money and a week off from work to get it painted instead of working on my prostreet car, and she now has to buy her own car, completely 100%. Well, she has been looking for a car and my buddy thought that maybe she would like to buy this one from me instead of buying one off the street, because this one will be nearly like new when I'm done. She thought that might be a good idea. Painted the front clip and firewall last weekend, put the clip on and positioned doors and hung the front fenders and most of the front bumper this weekend. Hoping to have it up and running in a couple of months barring any thing else that (usually does) come up.[image][/image]

The wife wanted to maybe have her buy the Eclipse from us but I think my wife has grown attached. The little turbo whine is addictive.

I would love to see an LS1 in it but that is not going to happen. Looking right now to see if it is cheaper to buy a crate or have one built. I have not done the low end on a small block so I may do that to get some experience. I have a 383 and a 350 block in the garage and both need to be freshened up and also buy some good heads, and I have a couple of th350 trannies laying around. Have you noticed that every budget car usually costs twice as much as you invisioned.

Thanks for the kind words. I'm usually only short on cash and/or time, but other than that I'm ready to go. Note: If you have 4 daughters and a wife, you will always be short cash and time!
