I like the car, something different and interesting to look at. But I have a different taste, I don't even like the Evo 9, Evos looks ugly but everyone else likes them.

that looks like a normal decal to me that are not ment to peel with a finger nail make a vid of you spraying goo gone on it and doing that for a few mins and lets see lol

since when do you get clearcoat on a detail its hard enough to get a hi speed buff

Sebba -> RE: Pics Of The Eclipse (10/11/2006 3:03:13 AM)

Dude im not going to film that **** for 5 mins LOL. Im telling you the dude ****ing clear coated over it!.

You can see my nail fermly pressed against the car while im doing it.... i was showing you that my nail wont catch on the edges of it... there is no edge!

Thanks ICT :) not quite to my taste but i have to agree.... you cant find the front bunmper anyware else... and the rear bumper is a 1 off that was made from 3 different ones. One thing i cant stand is generic crap that everyone has... kinda makes teh whole indiviuality thing pointless.

that means nothing though.. those decals are made to NOT come off easily you need goo gone to remove them not a finger nail... sorry man I still say BS there is no auto detailer spreying clear on a car. thats like me saying oh my clear is bad on my wing so ill get a car detail so it gets resprayed. clear coat isnt a "free" job nor would it cost anything close to what a REAL detail costs.

Still saying BS I think you just like the rice and wont admitt it

TheEngineer -> RE: Pics Of The Eclipse (10/11/2006 10:44:30 AM)

the only thing that is on it is wax which wont prevent you from being able to take them off. Unless the took a spray gun and actually put clear coat over your entire car oh and wet sanded it afterwards

Sebba -> RE: Pics Of The Eclipse (10/11/2006 11:23:33 AM)

Damnit what more do you want! My nail would at least catch on the edge of the decal damnit.

The whole ****ing car is glossed over with clear coat!

There is NO edge to the decal!

We dont have goo gone in this country. What else could i use because im not lieing and i will do anything to prove it!

EMonz57 -> RE: Pics Of The Eclipse (10/11/2006 6:06:37 PM)

any adhesive remover will work... I still say there is no way it was just cleared over... unless you had body work done before cause a detail shop wont clear a car if they did you would have runs in it and dont tell me they worked like dogs and wetsanded the car after they sprayed on the clear all in one day... thats not how it works man.

clear coat is a procces to do it is not a spray and forget you have to do other work before and after to have the paint look as smooth as yours does.

Sebba -> RE: Pics Of The Eclipse (10/11/2006 6:11:11 PM)

Dude.. they had the car for 2 weeks.. reason being that some little cum bucket from my school went over it with a key.... and yes... the key marks are gone... but the whole car was clearcoated.. and i will gladly spray an adhesive remover on it.. and leave the camera on it... just to show you.
