You should get a MBC and gauges before you get a FMIC.

you can get a FMIC with the stock turbo but you wont get a power increace... you will get the power once the bigger turbo is added.

So you have a stock modded car?

You want a boost gauge and a manual boost controller or an electric one (set to 15-16 psi). (depending on your budget)

I think you have what is called a 14b turbo. Its a little bigger than the stock one.

Im not too sure what the opening is.

However the stock turbo sucks anyways. There is no reay way you could have prevented that. Dont worry you wont blow that turbo at 15-16 psi. Thats awesome dude is it a manual boost controller or an electric one?

does your turbo point to the side? like to outlet to the intercooler piping? not the actual intake. Cuz if so, its the T25 housing. But where he said its 35%better, you may have a variation on the Big T28.
