Ok cool. The only thing to cure it is to get a slightly bigger turbo... believe me... that will put a BIG smile on ur face for only 500 bucks.

But does my description reflect your situation?

ok its really simple dude...

you make a boost leak tester... (preferably with a gauge) and then you take off the intake to the turbo... and you wedge the boost leak tester onto the turbo... and you pump air into it... (pressurise to say 30psi) and if it stays at 30psi... you are ok... if it goes down rapidly... then you have a leak... and you need to find it... best way to do that is soapy water!

Also check your exhaust manifold for cracks!

i cut out a circular piece of wood, put a 1/4" air nipple on it, put a silicone coupler on it, and then attatched it to the turbo. Then i pressurized it to 25psi and checked 4 leaks

now that u say that there is a crack in the manifold..but it didnt look that serious....it about 2inch long but not that open..would it be worth it to buy a bad ass manifold for my t25 or is there a manifold that bolt now to my stock and in the future bolt up to my new turbo maybe a evo 16g or big t28.whatcha think

i personally recomend the big T28 or a GT28R... or if you dont mind a little extra lag for a cheaper price tag then an EVO III 16g is more suited.

Well thats whats causing it... i would still recomend doing a boost leak test after you replace the manifold.

well if you can wait a couple weeks, i may have found a tubular stanless manifold (aka kick ass manifold) for just about the same price as a stock one $135 versus the $470 for a dnp stanless manifold. i just got a big t28 and i am VERY happy with it. the only reason i say to wait, is because i am pretty much the test subject for this manifold, if it doesnt crack or leak. Then it rocks
