soooo... - 10/25/2006 8:56:24 PM    estraw Posts: 2209 Joined: 12/10/2005 Status: offline just bought a new sub off of woody's cousin, works great, hooked it up in my car today. now my amp doesnt have a certain spot for a sub so i did some 'custom' wiring and mixed the car speakers togeather so i had 2 outputs for the sub. it worked fine for about an hour and then the sound just cuts out on me. the headunit lights are still on, but just no noise from ANY of the speakers on ANY of the channels or the cd. am i just trying to draw more power to the sub then the amp can handle?? btw is a kenwood 12 inch sub running off of a punch 501x 1500 watt amp if that helps at all.. any suggestions would be great, thanks _____________________________ Post #: 1
