Im 22 and live on my own with a $22k car with high insurence (even though I have a low step) and I make $16\hour for now and a raise to $17 in a week or two.

Then you got the engineer who makes like $21\hour but has a $5500 car and HIGH INSURENCE (high step) and lives on his own.

Megan Racing Turbo back on my EVO all for $550 and that is dirt cheap.... that is about the cost of a regular cat back on most cars

There arent as many options for the N/A Eclipse as the turbo eclipse.

just get a catbakc system and a header maybe. But for catback you could just go with apexi, magnaflow, skunk 2. Take a look at www.cimotorsports.net
