you wont ruin the EVO. This motor is ALOT stronger than your stang the EVO is built for it. You can make over 500HP on the EVO without a built motor so a tune and exhaust is just a minor mod for these cars. Basiaclly with just bolt ons your looking at about $2000 in mods and your car will dyno more than your mustang and run alot faster 1\4 times. How did you know your stang was 320HP did you dyno it? or just guess or what?

My car has all the bolt ons and a tune and I should be around 300HP at the wheels that is the average dynojet dyno an EVO with my mods gets. Which will run you a mid to low 12 sec 1\4

all you need to know about getting threw the 12 with your car is right here http://www.mitsubishiforum.com/m_62135/tm.htm and that is not even clost to hurting your car. I think you find real quick how well built the EVO is. the only problem youll get is if you drop the clutch alot to launch the car from a stop. basically stay away from luanching like all the time and youll be fine.

I had my mustang dyno'd in addison, IL I think the place was called street stuff, something like that. When I had it dyno'd it had mac headers, 70mm T/B, 42# injectors,Procharger 11psi kit intercooled, Transgo stage 2 shift kit, hayden trans cooler, 3000 PI stall convertor, 7.5 T-lok with 4.10 gears, there is many other mods i had on it but cant remember off the top of my head. Before the tune I made 280 to the wheels from a dyno I was at in St Louis, They didnt tune it, just dyno'd it. When I took it to street stuff, they did like 10 runs on the dyno, when he got through I made 320 to the wheels and around 310 tq if im not mistaken, I got the dyno graphs put away but i'll see if i can find them. Its funny though, as many mods I had on my mustang, the evo seems faster stock than my mustang did modded.
