hm. okay, so I repainted the front/rear bumpers and side skirts of my car to a black, not fully covered. Well, where i taped it off and painted, there's a sort of step where the factory paint and the aftermarket painting is. I can pick off the paint if i used my nail - now, i kinda want this to not happen, so what is it that i have to do to make it flush with the factory painting? clear coat where the two meet? clear coat the entire bumpers to have it all even? more suggestions are welcome.TIA

well if your painting the bumpers i sure hope your gonna clearcoat the entire thing, unless you dont plan on having any paint left on it in less than a month
