Okay i bought a 96 eclipse and the turbo seals are going and im slowly losing boost. Where could i find new ones or and i stuck buying a new turbo because i have a garrett t25 turbo sitting on my desk next to me but i might have to sell it to fix the car lol

Well, here's a rebuild link for a T25, yes, from a Saab. http://photo.platonoff.com/Auto/20051009.Garrett_T25_Turbo_Rebuild/
Look at what's involved then decide if it's worth it for such a small turbo. If you're up to the task then go for it. IMO the T25 is a pretty small turbo, I would just replace it with the one on your desk and send the other one out to be reborn as a Big28 from Forced Performance.

How much do they usually run to get them up graded by that company. Christmas is right around the cornerlol

Thats the upgrade for a Big T28, which would be much better than your stock T25. Get the Big T28 "rebuild" kit for that T25. I was gonna do that, but I blew my head gasket. So it might be awhile if i end up doing that, or i was also thinking another car.
