i think go with the R because the V is more suited toward smaller turbos. And even though the 16g isnt a huge turbo i think your still gonna want the R-spec

i'm just looking around, and wondering why it costs so much, besides the brand name, any suggestions on a good FMIC, and i'm wondering what a good hard piping kit goes for, right now i have a stocker for the piping.

I think SBR makes a good FMIC kit, and also SS autochrome from what ive heard. Then of course there is the cheaper ebay DIY way

There's also Extreme Turbo Systems. That's where I bought mine from. http://www.extremeintercoolers.com/dsm.html Oh yeah, do you mind hacking up your bumper bar?

No worries, The cool thing about their kits is that you don't have to cut the bumper bar or it's bracket, just the shiney air dam scoop that you got there (nice detail bro). Their Eclipse kits will fit with no issues, mine didn't I have some of the install process in link. Click my sig and it's about half way down. The install was a piece of cake. The gains were noticed right away, as one would hope when you buy any FMIC, lol.

nice avenger, me and my brother are going to use his as a project car since one of the injectors blew open and got stuck, and now since the new injector system is in it can run so we're going to use it as our project. what tranny did you use for your car, and did you have to disable the airbag sensors to put the intercooler on?

Thanks for the comment I've got the 4g63 manual in there along with it's AWD drivetrain I got really tired of the auto tranny. Ok, not tired of it, but bored of it, lol. The airbag and it's sensors are still active, I didn't even do anything with that, I did disconnect the battery though. It's always a good idea to do that and in doing so, I did "remove" it from the loop...just not physically removing it
